Creek Rock Lo Fi is a small business run by a single family in the good times to be had between the trials of life and the day job. Please understand that this is not a Fender or Gibson level operation. And although you will receive the most personal and attentive customer service that a single man can give, there is simply no way to match the responsiveness of a major company with full blown production and shipping departments, and customer service divisions. Your patience and understanding are needed and appreciated.

With that said, your personal business means more here than it ever will with a large company and every interaction will be handled on a personal level with you. Your satisfaction is very important, and all that can be done will be done to make sure you are happy with the Creek Rock Lo Fi experience.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed in the order that they are received. The typical delivery time is from 5 to 10 business days. This time may vary depending on time of order, workload, and your location. We will do everything we can to get you your order as soon as possible. 

Shipping is currently only available to United States locations. Shipping outside of the United States is simply too expensive and too labor intensive for a small operation like Creek Rock Lo Fi. We select the carrier based on the most efficient shipping options available for your location. You will receive a notification along with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. 


Your satisfaction is a top priority. Creek Rock Lo Fi guarantees that all items are function tested before being shipped out. All shipping is insured. Let us know if something is damaged in transit and we can make it right. If you are just not satisfied with your purchase we will work with you personally to try and resolve the issue. Most issues end up being resolved by adjustments or tweaks that can be made on the user's end, different strings on a guitar for example. All problems are handled at a personal level on a case by case basis. If we are unable to resolve your issue you may return your item for a full refund within 30 days. Return shipping will be your responsibility unless the items are delivered in a condition other than what is described in the listing or shown in pictures of the item. Once the item is back in our possession in its original condition you will be refunded in full. Your patience is appreciated as there is no dedicated problem resolution division sitting in the corner of the garage where this small operation runs.
